For lovers of various mushroom snacks, I want to recommend wonderful mushrooms - ryadovki. They grow in rows, and it is a pleasure to collect them, the processing process is not at all complicated. I suggest preparing delicious crispy rows in a cold way. I use this recipe every year and try to prepare as many mushrooms as possible.

Thoroughly sort through, clear of forest debris and rinse the rows in cold running water. Cut large specimens into several parts.

Put the prepared rows in a deep metal container and fill with cold water. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook mushrooms for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally and skimming off the resulting foam.

Peel the garlic and rinse under cold running water. Measure out the required amount of salt.

Cut the prepared garlic into thin slices.

Wash the jars thoroughly in warm water using baking soda, then microwave sterilize the jars at maximum power for 3-5 minutes. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil.

Drain the welded rows through a sieve or colander, rinse well with drinking water and leave for a while to allow excess moisture in the glass. Place the rows on the bottom of the sterile jar.

Tighten the jars well with sterile lids and turn them upside down so that the salt is evenly distributed over the rows. Then move the jars to a cool place for storage. Can be stored in the refrigerator or cellar.
