Hot salting of saffron milk caps in glass jars

Appetizing and fragrant mushrooms will serve as an excellent snack for your table. Hot pickled mushrooms, easy to prepare. They can be served with mashed potatoes or as a standalone cold snack.

We sort out the mushrooms and thoroughly clean them of any contamination.

Pour mushrooms with water and bring to a boil, then add 1 tbsp. salt and cook for 15 minutes. Throw in a colander and rinse under cold water.

We wash jars and lids in hot water, and then sterilize them for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the hot brine separately. We heat 3 liters of water, add the remaining salt and spices to it. Bring to a boil and cook until the salt dissolves.

Put mushrooms into hot brine and cook them over moderate heat for 10 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars.

We close the jars with lids, turn them over, wrap them in a towel and wait for them to cool. Then you can send it for storage. Hot salted mushrooms are ready!
