A quick and easy way to pickle mushrooms for the winter is in the hot way. Appetizing mushrooms will become a pleasant appetizer for your table, which can be served as an independent dish or as an addition to side dishes.

We sort out the mushrooms, clean them of branches and dirt, then rinse them under cold water. You can soak it for a while.

Boil the peeled mushrooms with one tablespoon of salt for 15 minutes. Then we drain the hot water and rinse the mushrooms again

Boil water again, add spices and another spoonful of salt to it. Bring to a boil, make the fire smaller and spread the mushrooms. Then we cook them for another 15 minutes. We remove from the stove.
