We present to your attention a classic and time-tested recipe for cottage cheese Easter without any heat treatment. Usually, the curd Easter is left to stand in a special form in a pasta box. If you do not have it, then do not be upset, you can cook Easter in a sieve.

Prepare cottage cheese for Easter. It will be better if you buy homemade fatty cottage cheese. Pass it through a meat grinder several times or punch it with an immersion blender. In case there is no equipment in the house, wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. You should have a tender curd mass.
