Choux yeast-free dough for pies

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Pour odorless vegetable oil in the specified amount into a wide bowl. Pour two glasses of flour into the butter. Stir first with a spoon, and then grind it with your hands - you should get a crumbly mass, similar to wet sand.
step 2 out of 5
Put soda in the mass and pour vinegar on top - wait until the foam is activated and begins to fall off. Then add salt and granulated sugar.
step 3 out of 5
Then pour in the specified amount of boiling water and mix with a spoon.
step 4 out of 5
Pour the remaining flour into the resulting mass and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the ingredients, since different flours have different characteristics. We focus on the final consistency of the dough - it should turn out to be shaped, elastic, but in no case cool.
step 5 out of 5
We form small balls from the kneaded dough and roll them with a rolling pin into thin circles. We put the filling (it can be both sweet and salty) and form pies.
Bon Appetit!
