Choux pastry for manti on boiling water with eggs

If you decide to cook manti, we advise you to pay attention to this dough recipe. And it is good because it is done simply, such a dough is very convenient to work with, and manti with it turns out to be tender and tasty. If you have an assistant food processor, it's time to get one for work. If there is no such device, you can knead it with your hands, only you have to make some effort - the dough turns out to be quite steep.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Sift wheat flour into a wide bowl or into the bowl of the combine.
step 2 out of 5
Break the egg into flour, add salt, pour in odorless vegetable oil.
step 3 out of 5
We mix everything together - we get a large, slightly damp crumb.
step 4 out of 5
We measure out the required amount of boiling water. We pour it into the bowl to the flour crumbs simultaneously with the working kneading hook. If you knead by hand, then immediately quickly stir the resulting mass with a spoon. We continue to stir the dough until a lump forms.
step 5 out of 5
We spread the resulting mass on the table and knead it so that a ball of dough is formed, which completely absorbed the flour. Then we form a bun out of the dough, cover it with a towel so that the surface does not dry out, and leave it to "rest" for twenty minutes. After that, we roll it into a thin layer, cut it into blanks, wrap the filling in them and form the manti, as usual.
Bon Appetit!
