If there is no such device, you can knead it with your hands, only you have to make some effort - the dough turns out to be quite steep.

We spread the resulting mass on the table and knead it so that a ball of dough is formed, which completely absorbed the flour. Then we form a bun out of the dough, cover it with a towel so that the surface does not dry out, and leave it to "rest" for twenty minutes. After that, we roll it into a thin layer, cut it into blanks, wrap the filling in them and form the manti, as usual.
