Choux pastry on boiled water chebureks with sunflower oil

Choux dough is called so because during the kneading process, the flour is poured with boiling water and thus brewed. This dough is smooth, soft and elastic. It rolls out easily and does not break, which is why it is so easy to make pasties out of it.
