How about pizza for breakfast? You won't have to stand at the stove for a long time, because we will cook it with an express version of pita bread, tomatoes, sausage, cheese and eggs. This dish is very similar to pizza in composition and appearance - even children will not refuse. After this nutritious multi-ingredient breakfast, you won't feel hungry for a long time. Serving breakfast, of course, is better just hot: the filling is juicy, aromatic, and the crust is crispy. The magic combination of flavors will not leave anyone indifferent.

Preparing ingredients for breakfast. Free the sausage from the shell and cut into short strips or cubes. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and black pepper to taste, pour in the milk. Shake the mixture with a fork until smooth. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, chop the green onion feathers with a knife.

Grease the pan well with vegetable oil, not forgetting about the sides. We spread a sheet of pita bread in it so that the edges hang down evenly. With our hands we lightly push the pita bread so that it lies in the shape of the frying pan.

Pour a third of the total volume of the egg-milk mass onto the bottom of the laid lavash. Pour the sliced ​​sausage into it, evenly distributing the pieces around the entire perimeter.

To carefully remove the finished breakfast from the pan, do the following: cover the pan with a plate of the same diameter and turn it upside down with the pita bread. The pizza will be brownish up on the plate. Sprinkle it with chopped herbs for flavor and serve hot.
