Bored with porridge, sandwiches and omelet too, what else to think of for breakfast so that it is nutritious, tasty and appetizing? There is a great option - pita bread fried in the shape of a rectangle with egg, cheese and sausage. Quite ordinary and familiar products, but cooked in an unusual form - such a breakfast will be eaten quickly and to the last crumb! The most interesting thing is the egg inside each "pie". The moist yolk mixes with the melted cheese and makes the filling very juicy. In a company with a crispy crust, lavash turns out to be incredibly tasty.

We spread sheets of pita bread on the surface of the table. We level them with our hands. If the edges are dry and begin to crack, then we moisten them with palms soaked in water - elasticity will be restored. We cut the sheets into portions. In each resulting square we will wrap the filling in portions.
In a frying pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil and spread the prepared pita bread with a filling. We keep the temperature of the stove medium-low so that the eggs have time to fry. Fry for two to three minutes on each side. When the rectangles are fried on one side, turn them over, and sprinkle the ruddy surface with a pinch of grated cheese.
