If you have pita bread, a little ham, cheese and an egg in stock, then you won't have to puzzle over what to cook in the morning. This is a complete set of products for a hearty hot breakfast. Crispy golden envelopes with juicy filling will please both adults and children. In terms of their composition, such envelopes are practically an alternative to the usual sandwiches, but in a different design. And that changes everything!

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Pour the cheese shavings into a bowl immediately. Cut the ham into small cubes and add them to the cheese. Rinse fresh dill greens, dry, chop with a knife and put in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. We mix everything together.

We straighten the sheets of pita bread on a flat surface. We cut them with scissors into squares or rectangles. We make the size of the pieces so that it is convenient to wrap the filling. In the center we spread the required amount of the prepared mixture of cheese and ham.

We wrap the edges of the pita bread on top of each other and form an envelope.

Thus, we use all the pita bread and all the filling - we immediately fold the envelopes. All that remains is to fry them.

Shake an egg with salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Dip the lavash blanks into the prepared egg batter. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put prepared envelopes in an egg into it.

Fry the blanks for a couple of minutes on each side, until a golden brown crust appears.

Transfer the finished envelopes from the pan to a plate. If you wish, you can dry them with a paper towel to remove excess oil after frying. Serve hot while cheese retains its melted texture.
