Many people do not like green tomatoes, I also did not eat them for some time, until I tried green tomatoes cooked in a jar in a cold way. I recommend using the recipe and making pickled green tomatoes without rolling.

Rinse green tomatoes, horseradish leaves, cherry leaves, currant leaves, dill umbrellas under cold water and dry. Peel the garlic. Wash and sterilize the jar in the microwave or oven. At the bottom of a sterile jar, put a few leaves of horseradish, currants and cherries, black peppercorns and half of the peeled garlic.

Chop green tomatoes in several places around the stalk with a toothpick or fork. Use a sharp knife to make deep cross cuts. Fill the jar halfway. Add horseradish leaves and garlic. Fill the jar completely.

Prepare the brine. Pour the required amount of drinking water into a deep saucepan, add salt, granulated sugar and ready-made or powdered mustard. Mix thoroughly.
