Green cherry tomatoes for the winter

Often tomatoes do not have time to ripen in the fall and it is a pity to throw away such small vegetables. But from small whole green tomatoes you can make a delicious roll.

Wash the greens, peel the garlic and onions. Wash and sterilize jars thoroughly.

Cut the garlic and onion into medium pieces.

Remove the stalk from the tomatoes, wash and put them in a basin.

Put tomatoes in jars, periodically sandwiching with onions, herbs and garlic. Put one leaf of lavrushka.

Stir sugar, salt, vegetable oil and vinegar in water, boil, keep on fire for a minute and stir. Pour the marinade into the jars up to the top.

In a wide saucepan, pasteurize the jars for 15 minutes, covering with previously boiled lids. Take out the jars and screw immediately. Turn over and cover with a blanket overnight.
Tomatoes can be tasted after about 3 weeks.
