There are a lot of ways to preserve tomatoes. They can be salted, pickled, stuffed, made adjika, salads, and green tomato rolls are not only tasty, but also original.

Wash the bell pepper, cut in half, remove the stalk, partitions and seeds. Cut the pulp of the pepper into thin strips.
