For those who love savory snacks like I do, I highly recommend making green tomatoes stuffed with garlic. For a more savory winter snack, I also use red hot peppers. I want to note that if you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, this snack is contraindicated for you.

Prepare the ingredients for the garlic-stuffed green tomatoes. Rinse green tomatoes, hot red peppers, bell peppers thoroughly under cold running water and dry.

Peel the garlic. Peel hot red peppers and bell peppers from seeds and stalks. Place in a blender bowl and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of garlic and hot red pepper in accordance with your taste preferences. Cut each tomato in the center with a cruciform cut, but not completely.

Wash and sterilize the jars in the microwave or oven. Stuff the green tomatoes with the prepared filling with a knife. Stuffed with green tomatoes, fill sterile jars, placing them as tightly as possible.
