Green tomatoes, as a rule, are rolled up, closer to autumn, they leave unripe fruits for this, but some are so fond of such tomatoes that they begin to roll them up in the summer. Such a blank does not require sterilization of cans, which cuts off such an unloved moment during conservation. And the appetizer turns out to be very aromatic and appetizing.

Boil 6-7 liters. water separately in a saucepan. In jars, spread out horseradish leaves, dill, 3 branches of parsley and 3 currant leaves, 1 laurel, 3 peas of each pepper, 2 cloves and a pinch of coriander. Sprinkle with chopped onions on top.

Then pour the water into the pot again, holding the contents with a lid and set over medium heat. Fill the jars with boiling liquid again for 15 minutes, and pour the brine into a saucepan. Pour 3 cups out of it and add salt and sugar instead. Stir and boil the liquid. Add vinegar to the brine immediately, stir and pour into the jars.
