Green tomatoes with garlic and carrots are an interesting snack option that involves sterilizing and using vinegar. Tomatoes are moderately spicy, with a great piquant taste. Let's prepare the marinade. We collect water in a saucepan, add granulated sugar and salt, as well as black pepper. We put on fire, bring to a boil and then keep on fire for a couple of minutes. At the end, pour in the vinegar.

Pour green tomatoes in jars with prepared marinade. We cover the jars with lids and sterilize the containers for 15 minutes from the moment the water boils. Then we tightly close the jars with lids, wrap them with a blanket until they cool completely.
