Thanks to the use of aspirin in preservation, you can store the seaming even at home. This product kills bacteria and green tomatoes will not explode. And although this method has been used for a long time, do not forget that aspirin is a drug, and this option is not suitable for everyone.

Wash the tomatoes and, if the fruits are large, cut into slices. Wash the jars with soda and sterilize.

Spread the spices in jars: 1 lavrushka each, a few peppercorns, coriander and mustard, depending on the desired seaming spice ½-1 tsp, then put the tomatoes tightly in the container.

Mix water with salt and vinegar, stir, boil and cook for 2 minutes. Pour the marinade into jars and put 1 acetylsalicylic acid tablet in each. Cover the container with lids.

Place the jars in a wide and deep saucepan and fill them up to the shoulders with water. Boil the jars for 15 minutes, remove from the water bath and tighten the lids. Turn the jars over and cover with a blanket until completely cooled for 6 hours.
