Housewives use mustard not only as a seasoning for meat dishes, but also as a good preservative for preparations for the winter. In this recipe, you are invited to pickle green tomatoes with mustard. Salt the tomatoes in a cold way, in jars and under a nylon lid. You can pickle a lot of tomatoes this way, because it's quick and easy.

Prepare everything you need for pickling tomatoes. Wash the jars and scald with boiling water. Peel the chives. Rinse the tomatoes with cold water and scald with boiling water. Rinse the greens with water.

Place a few cloves of garlic and some peppercorns at the bottom of the jars. Then put the prepared tomatoes in the jars compactly and in layers.

Sprinkle the layers of tomatoes with salt, sugar and mustard, add the rest of the chives and peas to them. In this way, put all the tomatoes in the jars and use the calculated amount of dry ingredients. On top of the tomatoes, pour green currant leaves, cherries and dill into jars.
