Spicy green tomatoes with horseradish and garlic have a long shelf life, and taste like the vaunted store snacks. However, various synthetic ingredients are not added there, only natural and approved by the hostess herself.

Mix greens, garlic, two types of peppers, carrots in one bowl. Stuff tomatoes with this mass. Dissolve salt in boiling water (at the rate of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water) and sugar (0.5 tablespoons of sugar per 1 liter of water). Place the tomatoes in a saucepan and lay them with bay leaves and horseradish leaves. Pour the prepared brine over the vegetables.
