Spicy green tomatoes with horseradish and garlic have a long shelf life, and taste like the vaunted store snacks. However, various synthetic ingredients are not added there, only natural and approved by the hostess herself.

Select strong tomatoes with thick skin. Wash and dry them. Make a cruciform cut in each tomato.
