At the very beginning, you need to cook adjika. Rinse bell peppers, red tomatoes and hot peppers thoroughly and cut in half. Remove seeds from bell and hot peppers. Pass the prepared vegetables together with peeled garlic through a meat grinder. Then add spices (hops-suneli, salt) and vegetable oil to the resulting vegetable mixture. Mix everything and set aside for 60 minutes.
