We sort out the tomatoes, we only need green fruits. We tear off their tails and rinse with water.

Bring the tomato juice to a boil, dissolve the sugar and salt in it. Put tomatoes, pieces of pepper and garlic in sterilized jars. Fill them with tomato juice and cover the jars with lids, but do not twist.
