Wash green tomatoes, dry on a kitchen towel. Then cut them into wedges.

Peel and wash onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into strips. Wash the pepper, peel, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Chop red hot peppers and garlic finely.
