Pour the chopped green tomatoes into a large saucepan and place over the fire. Simmer the tomatoes for 10 minutes until they are juiced. Add to tomatoes, onions, carrots, bell peppers and red hot, garlic. Mix everything, add vegetable oil to the vegetable mass. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomato paste, salt and sugar to vegetables, mix. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. At the end of stewing, pour vinegar into a saucepan, stir and add salt if necessary.
