Tomatoes are cut in half and stuffed with greens, pepper and garlic filling. Everything is laid out in jars and poured with a marinade of water, salt, sugar and vinegar. Vegetables are tightly closed with lids and left to cool completely. The result is a delicious and savory dish.

Fill the tomatoes with the resulting marinade and tighten them tightly with sterile lids. Turn it upside down, wrap it in a towel or blanket and leave it overnight until it cools completely.
