Fried potatoes with honey mushrooms and onions

Fried potatoes with honey agarics are a common dish for many. It is especially pleasant to defrost mushrooms in winter, fry them in a pan and add to crispy fried potatoes. The main thing is not to mix the products right away, otherwise the potatoes will be stewed instead of frying.
