Fried potatoes with garlic arrows

In this recipe, you are invited to fry the potatoes along with the garlic arrows. Young potatoes are especially tasty. Garlic arrows will add a special flavor to the dish. You can serve such potatoes as an independent dish or as a side dish for meat or fish.
