Fried porcini mushrooms with onions

Porcini mushrooms fried in butter with onions and garlic are a real delicacy! Delicate and crunchy, with an amazing creamy taste and mushroom aroma, sprinkled with fresh herbs. Who can refuse such a pleasure ?!

We wash the mushrooms several times in running cool water and clean them from litter. Cut the mushroom caps into small slices, chop the legs into rings about 1 cm thick.

Put butter in a preheated pan and dissolve it over medium heat. Then put the diced garlic in the pan. Fry for 1-2 minutes, so that the oil is saturated with the aroma of garlic, and remove it from the pan.

Then put the chopped mushrooms in a pan and fry them over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, not forgetting to stir frequently. First, a liquid will stand out from the mushrooms, in no case do we drain it, but wait until it evaporates.

Peel the onions, rinse and cut into thin half rings. Put it in a frying pan, add salt and pepper, stir and fry the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes. When ready, remove the pan with mushrooms from heat and let it brew for another 5-10 minutes.
