Milk mushrooms, harvested for the winter, turn out to be crispy and rich in taste. Try making a hearty fried mushroom snack. This option can be served with a side dish.

Milk mushrooms should be sorted out in advance, cleaned and soaked in water for several hours. Only after such procedures, we boil the mushrooms in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. We put it back in a colander and let it cool.

If necessary, cut the cooled milk mushrooms and fry for 20 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil. Separately fry the onion in half rings until golden. Mix the two ingredients, add salt and the rest of the spices. Simmer them over low heat for 15 minutes. Then we remove from the stove.

We pour mushrooms into sterilized jars. Top up with the remaining vegetable oil, which should first be heated. Close with nylon caps and leave to cool completely. Then you can send it for storage. Ready!
