Fried milk mushrooms with onions

A hearty and tasty dish of pickled milk mushrooms is prepared quickly. It can be served with various side dishes of cereals, vegetables or potatoes. You can also use mushrooms prepared using this technology as a filling in pies and pancakes or as a dressing in soup.

Transfer the mushrooms to a colander and rinse under running water. Stir well and leave to drain the liquid for 5 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into strips and place in a preheated skillet with oil.

Fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes over medium heat, uncovered and stirring, until golden brown.

Chop the peeled and washed onion in half rings and put in a second preheated frying pan with oil.
