For cooking, choose a young squash with a soft skin and no seeds. We wash the zucchini, it is not necessary to peel it, and cut into slices 1.5-2 cm thick. Put it in a bowl and add salt. Leave the zucchini to stand for 10-15 minutes. He must start up the juice, which will then need to be drained.

Put the zucchini in a hot pan with vegetable oil and fry it on both sides until golden brown. Then remove it on a plate with a paper towel so that it absorbs excess oil.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic and pepper passed through a press. Mix everything well. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into thin rings.
