Fried zucchini with cauliflower

I often cook fried zucchini with cauliflower and I want to share this wonderful recipe with you. The vegetables are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with an appetizing crust. This aromatic dish is perfect for dinner.

Prepare the food you need for your zucchini snack. Wash the zucchini well and, if desired, peel with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled zucchini into half rings or random pieces. I never peel young zucchini.

Take a small container and sift the cornmeal with a fine sieve. Roll the prepared zucchini in sifted flour.

Turn on the stove. Place in a deep skillet. Preheat a skillet well over medium heat. Brush with a little vegetable oil. Fry the prepared zucchini until golden brown.

Then use a fork or spatula to turn over to the other side and fry for a couple more minutes.

Wash and dry the tomatoes thoroughly, cut into medium-sized pieces. Place on a prepared plate or salad bowl.

Send fried zucchini to chopped tomatoes.

Rinse the cauliflower and divide into smaller inflorescences.

Boil in salted water for about 5-7 minutes, then drain through a sieve or colander and place in a bowl.

Break the chicken egg into a container, pour in the milk, add salt and black pepper.

Stir with a whisk.

Sprinkle boiled cabbage with corn flour, cover with beaten eggs, mix well.

Preheat a skillet well over medium heat. Brush with a little vegetable oil. Fry the prepared cabbage until golden brown, stirring occasionally. This will take approximately 7 minutes.

Then add to the rest of the ingredients.

Wash green onions thoroughly, let them dry and chop finely. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the salad.
