Fried zucchini with meat

Fried zucchini with meat is a tasty and satisfying dish that can be quickly prepared for dinner. Zucchini is quick and easy to prepare. But pork will take a little more time. Instead of pork, you can take chicken meat, then the preparation of the dish will become much shorter.

Rinse the meat well and pat dry with paper towels or napkins. Cut into medium sized pieces.

Preheat a skillet well over medium heat. Brush with a little vegetable oil. Place the chopped pork and sauté over high heat until golden brown. Then reduce heat, cover and simmer until half cooked.
