Fried zucchini with sour cream and garlic

Zucchini is an ideal cooking vegetable and can be used in a wide variety of dishes. They can be fried very tasty and quickly. Fried zucchini is best eaten hot while still crispy.

Wash the zucchini, pat dry with paper towels and cut into 0.5 centimeter thick slices. Place them in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat a frying pan, pour sunflower oil on it. Roll each zucchini circle in flour on all sides. Fry the courgettes on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Depending on your preference, the sauce can be made more tangy by adding more garlic. Mix sour cream, garlic, add salt and pepper to taste.
