Fried zucchini in a slow cooker

Wash oblong zucchini of the same size well. The rind can be cut off if it is rough, or left as you wish.

Dry the vegetables with a paper towel, cut off the ends and cut into 1cm washers.Place a layer of zucchini on a wide plate and add a little salt, and so on several layers, salt each. Leave the zucchini to salt for 10 minutes, then wash them under running water and leave to dry a little.
