Young small-sized fruits, in which seeds have not yet formed, are suitable for frying zucchini. For breading, you can use crackers, cheese, or cornmeal. Such a simple dish is combined with fresh vegetables and cereals.

Wash the zucchini, dry them with paper towels, cut into circles no more than 0.5 centimeters thick.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add salt, pepper and chopped garlic to them, stir.

In one bowl, you will have the egg mass; pour the bread crumbs into the other bowl. Preheat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it. Dip the zucchini first in the egg mass, then roll in breadcrumbs.

Place the breaded zucchini in a preheated skillet. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. From the skillet, transfer the zucchini to paper towels to remove excess oil.
