Fried zucchini in bread crumbs

Everyone in our family loves zucchini and we are constantly experimenting with cooking them. One of my favorite foods that I cook quite often is fried zucchini in bread crumbs. The dish comes out with a crispy and aromatic crust and is perfect as an appetizer, for example, for gatherings near the TV.

Prepare the food you need for your zucchini snack. Wash young zucchini well, peel with a vegetable peeler if desired. I never peel young zucchini. Cut the prepared zucchini into rings.

Break the chicken egg into a container, add salt and ground black pepper, mix with a whisk. Peel the garlic clove and pass it through a press into the egg mass. Mix well.

Take a small bowl and sift the wheat flour using a fine sieve. Dip the prepared zucchini in flour.

Then dip the zucchini in beaten eggs.

Add the breadcrumbs to another bowl. Dip the zucchini in bread crumbs.

Turn on the stove. Place in a deep skillet. Preheat a skillet well over medium heat. Brush with a little vegetable oil. Fry the prepared zucchini on both sides until golden brown. It will take very little time.

Put the finished zucchini on a plate lined with paper towels in advance so that the excess vegetable oil is absorbed. Then transfer to a platter and serve the fried zucchini in breadcrumbs with sour cream sauce, garnished with fresh finely chopped herbs, rinsed and dried beforehand.
