Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Rinse the chanterelles thoroughly, while removing forest debris. Next, cut the mushrooms into large strips or slices. When frying, chanterelles emit a lot of juice and decrease in size, so to get a beautiful dish as a result, you should not chop the mushrooms finely.
step 2 out of 6
Peel the onions, chop and fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
step 3 out of 6
When the onion begins to turn golden, add the chopped chanterelles to the skillet. When the juice has evaporated from the mushrooms, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the onion and mushrooms for 10 minutes over low heat.
step 4 out of 6
Peeled and washed potatoes must be cut into strips. Next, fry the potatoes in a separate pan until tender. Salt the potatoes at the end of cooking.
step 5 out of 6
Next, combine the fried potatoes and chanterelles with onions, mix everything. Season the dish with salt and ground pepper. We keep it on fire for a couple of minutes and turn off the gas.
step 6 out of 6
We lay out the finished dish on portioned plates, decorate with herbs as desired and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
