Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces. Preheat a frying pan and fry the chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

We wash the chanterelles thoroughly. Cut large mushrooms in half or in four parts. Next, add the chanterelles to the fried onions, season the ingredients with salt, mix everything. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the mushrooms and onions for about 15 minutes.

We wash the peeled potatoes, then cut them in any way. In a separate frying pan, lightly fry the potatoes for 5-7 minutes.
