Fried boletus with potatoes and onions

Fried potatoes with butter in a pan is a hearty and tasty dish that is easy and quick to prepare. Butters can be easily replaced with other mushrooms, but it is best if they are forest mushrooms. After all, it is they who give the dish an amazing mushroom aroma and unique taste.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We put the pan on medium heat and heat it up a little, then put the butter and dissolve it. Then put onions cut into half rings and hot pepper rings into it. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
step 2 out of 6
Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into thin strips. Put the potatoes in a frying pan, add vegetable oil, stir and fry until soft.
step 3 out of 6
We have pickled butter, so we wash them from the marinade and spices. If you have fresh butter, you need to clean them and boil them for 8-10 minutes in boiling water.
step 4 out of 6
Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the pan to the potatoes. Stir and leave to fry for 3-5 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
At the end of cooking, add garlic, salt, pepper and paprika passed through a press to the potatoes. Mix all ingredients well and remove from heat.
step 6 out of 6
Put the finished potatoes with mushrooms on portioned plates, decorate with herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
