Sort out the oil, rinse thoroughly under cold water. Boil mushrooms in salted water (about 20 minutes). Then drain the water from the mushrooms, let them cool, cut large boletus into small pieces.

Peel the onion, chop finely. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent.
