An original snack that is very easy to prepare for the winter. If you have a large harvest or just want to diversify your seaming, be sure to try this dish. It turns out very tasty and unusual!

For frying cucumbers, we need a large frying pan or saucepan. The cucumbers should be washed and cut into circles. Lubricate the frying pan with sunflower oil and heat it up. We spread the cucumbers and fry them on both sides until a golden blush appears.

We remove the husk from the onion and cut it into half rings.

Garlic also with a crumbling knife and add everything to the cucumbers. Fry for 10-15 minutes.

We wash and cut the tomatoes into slices. We send them to cucumbers and onions. We keep on fire for another 10 minutes. Finally, add vinegar.
