Korean fried cucumbers

Two hours - and an unusual spicy appetizer of fried cucumbers is ready. Carrots and soy sauce are added to the dish, which gives it all its taste. The cucumbers are quite spicy.

Wash the cucumbers, cut into 6 longitudinal pieces. Next, cut these pieces in half across. Transfer to a deep salad bowl, in which the cucumbers will be marinated.

Grate peeled carrots with a Korean carrot grater. Wash green onions with feathers, shake off the water and cut into strips about 5 cm in length.

Finely chop the garlic. Transfer all chopped vegetables into one bowl and mix. For the marinade, pour vegetable oil into a saucepan from a saucepan, heat. Add paprika powder, red pepper cut into thin rings. Stir, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
