Fried honey mushrooms with onions

Honey mushrooms fried with onions are equally good both hot and cold. They will serve as an excellent snack option, both on their own and as an addition to potatoes. A small amount of sour cream and butter will add a creamy taste to the mushrooms and make them more delicate in taste.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We clean honey mushrooms from litter, rinse well under running water. We pay special attention to the places between the plates under the cap, there can most often be sand. Cut the mushrooms into several pieces.
step 2 out of 4
Put a piece of butter in a preheated pan and dissolve it over low heat. Then put the chopped mushrooms in the pan. Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms, mix, cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
step 3 out of 4
After the water has evaporated from the mushrooms, add onions cut into thin half rings to the pan, mix and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. At the very end of cooking, add sour cream to the mushrooms, mix and remove from heat.
step 4 out of 4
Serve ready-made mushrooms with boiled potatoes. Bon Appetit!
