Often, in order not to bother with seaming, housewives simply freeze food for the winter, because it is very convenient and practical. For example, you can get frozen mushrooms, fry them and serve them along with boiled potatoes for dinner.

Defrost mushrooms completely and discard in a colander to glass the liquid. If mushrooms were not boiled before freezing, then this must be done before proceeding to frying.
