We clean the boletus from litter and leaves. We rinse well in cool running water. We cut the legs of the boletus into circles, and the caps into 2-3 parts. Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire. Bring to a boil, add salt and put aspen mushrooms in boiling water. Boil the mushrooms for 30-35 minutes, then put them in a colander and leave for 5-10 minutes to drain the water.
