This appetizing goose and potato roast will be a great dish for a family dinner. Delicate, juicy meat and soft aromatic potatoes will definitely please everyone. It's also insanely healthy and nutritious! Real jam!

We clean the goose from excess fat and cut into portions, rather large pieces. Lubricate them with salt and a mixture of peppers.

Now fry them in vegetable oil for about 15 minutes.

We clean and wash the carrots. Cut it into circles.

Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.

We clean and wash the potatoes. Cut it into medium sized pieces.

Now we put everything in a baking sleeve, add bay leaves, black peppercorns, basil and part of the broth. We will add the broth during cooking, as soon as it begins to boil. We put in the oven for 1.5 hours. In 15 min. open the sleeve and let the meat brown.
