First of all, you need to prepare the berries. We wash them, transfer 2/3 of the berries to a separate container. From these berries, we must get raspberry puree. This can be done either with a blender or with a rolling pin.

Put the rest of the raspberries in another container.

Take a small bowl, pour gelatin into it and pour 50 ml. water. Leave the gelatin to swell.

Meanwhile, we put a small saucepan on the fire, pour a glass of water into it. After boiling water, throw sugar and swollen gelatin there, mix everything. After boiling, add raspberries to the resulting mass and cook everything for half an hour on minimal heat.

The next step is to add lemon juice and cognac to our mixture after half an hour. We cook everything for another 10 minutes.

Remove the jelly from the heat, pass it through a sieve, pour it into molds and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
