Today we will prepare a natural homemade dessert that is prepared in less than an hour, and you can enjoy it on cold winter evenings. Delicious jelly with pieces of cherries is perfectly stored in jars all winter. Roll up and you for yourself a piece of summer!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Pour the gelatin into a glass, fill it with 400 milliliters of warm water, mix well and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.
step 2 out of 5
We wash the sweet cherries well under running water, remove the stalks and leave for 10-15 minutes on a cotton towel to drain all the moisture. Then, using a special machine, squeeze the seeds out of the cherry. Pour the required amount of water into the stewpan, add the juice that has settled from the berries and put the stewpan over medium heat. Add sugar to the liquid. Mix well and bring the syrup to a boil.
step 3 out of 5
After the syrup has boiled, add the cherries to it, simmer for 2-3 minutes over low heat and remove from the stove.
step 4 out of 5
Let the mass cool for 3-4 minutes and add the swollen gelatin to it. Mix well so that the gelatin is evenly distributed throughout the mass. We put the saucepan on the fire, bring to a boil again and remove from heat.
step 5 out of 5
Pour hot jelly into sterilized jars and close with boiled lids. We leave the dessert to cool completely at room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator for storage.
