Blackcurrant and raspberry jelly

This berry jelly is prepared without boiling, which allows you to preserve vitamins and the natural rich taste of fresh berries. We get excellent results with fast cooking. The jelly thickens due to pectin, which is abundantly contained in black currant berries; there is no need to use any other additives.
