Blackcurrant jelly with gelatin

Black currant is a healthy berry, from which compotes, drinks, preserves, jams, jellies and all kinds of desserts are prepared. Used to prepare various fillings for homemade baking. I recommend making blackcurrant jelly with sheet gelatin.
