We wash the zucchini, peel them and cut them into small cubes.

Sprinkle the zucchini with sugar and leave to infuse for an hour until juice forms.

We dilute gelatin, as written on the package. Instead of water, we use the released juice from the zucchini.

Grind the orange and lemon in a blender. We mix them with zucchini and sugar.

We put the resulting mixture on the stove, bring to a boil and cook over moderate heat for 25-30 minutes. Stir the contents periodically and remove the foam. Pour in the gelatin a minute before cooking. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.

We sterilize the jars. Pour hot jelly into them, close the lids and leave to cool at room temperature. After which the jelly will completely solidify. Ready!
